You have to have atleast 2 good veins in each arm or when the tech checks you out, you'll be turned away like I was. I often have to get stuck in the top of the hand because no one can find veins in my arm. You also need a DL, SS card, and piece of mail the first time. If your information doesnt match, you'll be turned away. I can understand why their so particular, but none-the-less I was still disappointed. I went to donate plasma today and my veins are too deep.
