Well, I think I’ve found one that is better than those I suggested.

The name of the program is “SuperAntiSpyware” and it’s great. Sure, it’s a bit of a cheesy name, but it works wonderfully. This program has managed to find viruses and spyware that many of the other programs (AVG, Avast, AdAware) I had been using had not found.

I would highly recommend that you go and download the free version of this program!
